Wael is a distinguished business leader, bringing over two decades of expertise in private equity, buyouts, and operational turnarounds. With a keen eye for unlocking value, he has orchestrated investments exceeding USD 1 billion across Africa, the Gulf Region, Turkey, and Southeast Asia, reshaping mid- and large-cap operating groups into thriving enterprises.

Building on his success, Wael founded Feather Invest in 2014, establishing it as a premier private equity platform in Dubai. Under his leadership, the firm evolved into a full-scale merchant banking powerhouse, expanding to London in 2021 and Singapore in 2022, solidifying its global presence.

Feather Invest now offers 8 FUnding products between Private Credit and Private Equity products, along with a diverse suite of financial services, from private capital and securities lending to forex money transfers, fuels trading, and fossil commodities, catering to elite investors and institutions worldwide.

Wael holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy and an EMBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and serves on executive boards of several leading operating groups across multiple regions.

Elizabeth is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in consumer and retail industries, ESG, digital assets, and infrastructure. She currently advises funds and family offices worldwide, leveraging her expertise to drive strategic growth.

As an active early-stage investor, she has backed over 30 companies, achieving two successful exits exceeding $100 million.

For a decade, Elizabeth served as CEO of Heatwave Shoes, a Singapore-based fashion retailer founded by her family. Under her leadership, the brand expanded across 10 countries with vertically integrated manufacturing, ultimately leading to a full acquisition by a major Indian conglomerate.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. (Honors) in History from the National University of Singapore (2007), a Master’s in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (2020), and completed the MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program (2017). In 2018, she was honored as Singaporean of the Year by the President.

Tim has over three decades of experience in the financial services sector and has been at the forefront of major industry transformations, delivering innovative consulting, solution management, and operational enhancements. His expertise spans banking infrastructure modernization, post-trade services, and digital payment solutions, making him a trusted leader in financial services innovation.

Tim's career began with a significant role in implementing SWIFT Straight Through Processing (STP) for a major Australian bank in 2001, a project that revolutionized transaction efficiency. His ability to drive seamless financial operations led him to the UK in 2008, where he played a key role in the implementation of Faster Payments for one of the country’s leading financial institutions.

Tim later spent five and a half years in Brussels as a portfolio manager for Europe’s leading provider of Fixed Income issuance and post-trade services, overseeing transaction management and regulatory compliance while driving efficiencies
